In this comprehensive energy healing session, love, light, and healing are invoked to channel healing energy to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Your auric field will be opened and repaired, addressing any holes and tears. Each energy center (chakra) will be opened and balanced, and energy blocks and attachments will be processed and removed as necessary using psychic surgery. Healing energy will be applied to any areas that require it. The session concludes with the balancing of the energy system and connecting the chakras, leaving you feeling more aligned and balanced. Following the session, you'll receive a summary of what occurred, what was healed and removed, and guidance to further your healing process.

Mediumship is the practice of psychically connecting with spirits who have crossed over to the other side, including friends, family members, and loved ones. Past Life Regression

Past life regression is a powerful and intense way to tap into a relevant previous lifetime that is affecting your current life. Natalie will guide you into a light hypnosis-like state where you will view critical moments of that lifetime and heal the traumas locked in your subconscious and unconscious mind. In some cases, but not all, the regression may reveal some intense and traumatic experiences. Hence, it's necessary to remain grounded in the understanding that what arises during the regression is for your healing and highest good and that it has already happened and cannot be changed. The regression is complete with healing by Source, where all experiences and traumas are given to the Light to be transmuted and cleared away from your current life so you can move forward with clarity and understanding without being weighed down by the past.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara is a profoundly calming and mentally balancing oil treatment for the mind, senses, and nervous system. It is a Sanskrit word, Shira meaning head, and Dhara meaning a steady flow. This Ayurvedic treatment involves steadily streaming warm oil over the third eye, scalp, and hair. This treatment induces a relaxed state of awareness, which results in a dynamic psycho-somatic balance. Shirodhara creates a total feeling of relaxation, wellness, and mental clarity.
During the Shirodhara treatment, you'll be lying on a cozy massage table, fully clothed and covered, with only your shoulders and head exposed. A secure copper pot, filled with a custom herbal oil slightly above body temperature, will be suspended above your head. The oil will be gently streamed for a relaxing 30-40 minutes, followed by a soothing head massage and a 10-minute recovery period to help you ease back into the world.
Note: Please wear a shirt that you wouldn't mind having oil on, as sometimes the oil can spread from the head and neck area to the collar or back.
Ideally, this treatment is given in the evenings so you can maintain deep relaxation and mental clarity. Often, the sleep and dreams you receive following your treatment provide more healing insight.

Ayurveda is the oldest continually-practiced healthcare system in the world, originating in ancient India. This ancient treatment helps to relieve symptoms caused by an imbalanced Vata dosha, such as insomnia, anxiety, stress, fatigue, tension, worry, fear, headache, depression, and hypertension. It improves memory, cognition, and focus, nourishes the hair and scalp, and regulates mood while increasing feelings of pleasure and relaxation.
Vata dosha influences all movement in the body and, when out of balance, can cause disruptions in the mind and body. Shirodhara aims to balance Vata dosha by targeting the third eye, the root of the nervous system, to balance and level out its function, relieving insomnia, anxiety, etc.
In India, Shirodhara is traditionally administered by Ayurvedic practitioners as part of the five-part detoxification process called Panchakarma.
